[the device turns on as large fingers comb over it experimentally, and the owner hums in a low voice when she notices that it’s been activated.]

I’ve never been very good with technology. If that is what this is....it’s hearing my voice.

[she seems intrigued by it; that’s what you get when you come from a fantasy world.]

Has this a purpose? Not everything in this existence does. And some things lose theirs come time and…circumstance. I know this well.

[her tone shifts, just slightly. A little louder, more aware. Ready.]

Of course, it would also be interesting to know where I have been taken, and for what purpose. I am not a fan of being caught unawares. A bad history with it, you see.

It is good to hear your voice...even from this little....thing.

And a Forsaken man. He seems surprised to see me.

That would be Raziel, he is a Forsaken and rather...well he acts like you would expect them to.

I love predictability.

[Duib is coming to get her? He sounds a little...protective. Not that he hasn't saved her a few times before - or at least made her feel better about herself - but it seems a little unusual.]

[But kind of cute.]

[Of course he's protective. She's the first truly friendly face he's seen in awhile, and while he'll never admit it...he's been scared and lonely. Good luck getting him to admit it, though.]

I have a crown made of twigs on my head. Is this normal?

[At least someone will pamper him!]

It is. We all have them. I'd keep it, it might end up coming in handy...somehow.

[There's a pause and the rustling of a saddle being set atop a grumbly lizard before the slap of large dino feet on the ground as he makes his way towards the graveyard.]

[O, of course! And tell him it's not his fault he's gorgeous.]

You'll have to tell me if it makes me look fat.

[Mama moocow waits, leaning on her ginormous axe. She's not hard to miss, so she'll just stand here. Looking for a derp on a lizard.]

[Duib switches the communicator off after Thereth's comment, offering only a quick laugh beforehand. It isn't a long ride to the graveyard, at least, and soon enough the venomhide's head appears as the elf wanders closer. For a moment, Duib simply watches her before swinging down and moving closer.]

Thereth! It is you!

Of course.

[She comes forward to embrace him. It's a customary greeting - but he also seems...different somehow. Is it...worry? Surprise, at least. She's not that exciting, is she?]

Always a joy to see you, Duib.

Thereth...

[He embraces her warmly, offering a small smile as he gazes up at her.]

This...it isn't Elwynn Forest, Thereth. This place isn't our home by any means.

[Hi, daughter. ♥

So there is something unusual about this meeting. She suspected it...]
